- The last 25 years have been spent working for some of the leading housebuilders in both sales and development

- Delivering STAH’s sales targets
- Ensuring STAH’s legal and regulatory obligations are met across all shared ownership sales


- Qualified Company Secretary with over 15 years working in Corporate Governance and Corporate Affairs for various organisations
- Significant experience of working in the highly regulated healthcare sector

- 6 years experience in professional office in senior personal assistant positions
- Manages administrative duties for the STAH executive team
- Ensures smooth day to day running of the office
- Previously worked in a major Real Estate company

- Qualified member of Chartered Institute of Housing since 2011

- Vast experience of differing forms of contract varying from £100k to £100m


- Involved in property sales, land and development for 25 years
- 15 years within residential development bringing experience from private development, a G15 provider and modular housing
- Large contact base within the industry and strong track record of securing 1000s of home to ensure STAH scale up at pace


- Experience seeking and acquiring consented and unconsented land opportunities
- Graduated from the University of the West of England with a First Class degree in Property Development and Planning
- Qualified as a Chartered Planning and Development Surveyor

- Specialising in managing projects & customer care teams successfully through the defect liability period and beyond.
- NVQ Level 6 Diploma in Construction Contracting Operations Management obtained via the NHBC.
