New build homes will get “automatic” permission to be built
The secretary of housing, Robert Jenrick, announced last week that new homes and hospitals will be granted “automatic” permission to be built.

The housing secretary said in his announcement that a “permission in principle” will be given to developments on land designated “for renewal” in order to speed-up the building process.
