Governance and Decision making : St Arthur Homes Limited is a Registered Provider of social housing, regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing. St Arthur Homes does not directly employ staff. Housing management, customer service, financial and support functions are provided by our managing agent Touchstone and under a group services arrangement by Auxesia Homes Limited, a fellow Registered Provider within the same group. St Arthur Homes’ current strategic objectives are set out in the Strategic Report section of its published Annual Report. Following the transfer of the majority of its portfolio to Auxesia Homes Limited, St Arthur Homes’ focus is on the orderly management of its residual assets and commitments, safeguarding financial viability, protecting residents and investors, and maintaining compliance with the Regulator of Social Housing’s economic and consumer standards.
Spending : Our spending, including our use of service charge income, is set out in our published Annual Report and financial statements, available above.
Housing Stock management : Following the transfer of the majority of its portfolio to Auxesia Homes Limited in December 2025, St Arthur Homes now manages a small number of residual shared ownership homes on an orderly basis. Our objectives for these properties, including our approach to maintenance and asset management, are set out in the Strategic Report section of our published Annual Report, available above.
Performance : Our performance is reported through our Tenant Satisfaction Measures results and our Annual Complaints Performance Report, both available above. Given the small number of homes now managed following the December 2025 transfer, repairs performance is reported as part of this wider performance summary rather than as a separate ongoing KPI report.
Housing Services : A description of our services, and guidance for shared owners on matters including service charges, insurance, staircasing, re-sales, sub-letting, aids and adaptations, and repairs responsibilities, is set out in our Information & Guides section.
Lists and Registers : Details of the safety registers and records relevant to the properties we manage, including fire risk assessment, gas safety, electrical safety, and asbestos records where applicable, are held by St Arthur Homes and can be requested by contacting hello@auxesiahomes.co.uk
Social housing management : Our policies for managing social housing are set out on our Policies page above. Additional policies are reviewed and published on a rolling basis as part of our commitment to transparency under the Social Tenants’ Access to Information Requirements (STAIRs).
Information requests : From 1 April 2027, the Government’s Social Tenants’ Access to Information Requirements (STAIRs) will give residents of St Arthur Homes the right to request specific information about us as their landlord. Much of this information is already available on this website — see the sections above. Our facility for making an information request under STAIRs will be live from 1 April 2027, the scheme’s compliance date.
